What and why
Your Telescope account is secured with a password and two-factor authentication. This article explains how to manage your login credentials and account settings.
How it works
Resetting your password. If you've forgotten your password, use the "reset password" link on the login page at app.telescope.eco. You'll receive an email with instructions to set a new password. Your two-factor authentication setup stays the same.
Two-factor authentication. All Telescope accounts require two-factor authentication using an authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator). You set this up when you first create your account by scanning a QR code from within the authenticator app. Use the authenticator app to scan, not your phone's camera app.
Changing your password. You can change your password from the login page using the reset password flow. Enter your email, receive the reset link, and set a new password.
Good to know
If you lose access to your authenticator app (for example, if you get a new phone), contact us through the chat. We can help you reset your two-factor authentication so you can set it up again.
Telescope does not support social logins (Google, Microsoft) at this time. All accounts use email and password with two-factor authentication.
