What and why
You can download any screening result as a PDF. This is useful when you need to attach climate risk data to a credit memo, underwriting file, investment report, or share it with someone who doesn't have access to Telescope.
How it works
Screen a property
On the result page, click the download button
The PDF is generated and downloaded to your device
The PDF includes the climate risk score, exposure levels for each hazard with descriptions of why the property is exposed, and biodiversity and nature data including classifications and overlapping areas.
Good to know
The PDF reflects the data at the time of download. If data is updated after you download, the PDF won't update automatically. If you need the latest data, download a new version.
The PDF is designed to be self-explanatory, so the recipient doesn't need a Telescope account to understand the results.
