How to screen a property

Search for any address in the nordics and get a full climate risk overview in seconds.

Written by Anna Tiril Uggerud

What and why

Screening is the fastest way to check climate risk for a specific property. Enter an address or property number and get the Telescope risk score, exposure levels for each natural hazard, and AI-generated descriptions of potential consequences. You can use the results in client meetings, credit memos, underwriting files, or investment reports.

How it works

  1. Go to the screening tool in the left navigation

  2. Type an address, property name, or matrikkel number in the search field

  3. Select the correct property from the dropdown results

  4. The screening result loads automatically

You can also screen directly from the map by clicking on a property.

Need to analyze more than one property at a time? Use the draw area tool to define a custom area on the map and get results for all properties within it.

See "Screening an area with draw analysis" for a step-by-step guide.

Good to know

The screening result is generated in real time based on the latest available data. You don't need to save or submit anything.

If the address doesn't appear in the search results, try searching with the matrikkel number instead. Some addresses, especially for newer developments or rural properties, may not match on address alone.

Screening is available for properties in Norway. Coverage is expanding to other Northern European markets.
