What and why
Folders let you group screened properties so you can find them again and monitor them over time. Use folders to organize by client, region, project, risk level, or however makes sense for your workflow.
How it works
Go to your portfolio overview
Click "New folder" to create a folder
Give the folder a name
Add properties to the folder by screening them and selecting the folder, or by moving existing properties into it
Each folder shows the aggregated climate risk score, number of properties, and number of sub-folders. You can search folders by name or responsible person.
Good to know
The aggregated score for a folder reflects the combined risk across all properties in it. This gives you a quick sense of the overall risk level for that group.
